Chantal was born and raised in Rwanda (East-Central Africa). Her
life transformed dramatically in 1994 during the Rwandan genocide that
devastated not only the nation but the world around it. During this time an
estimated 1 million of Chantal's countrymen were singled out and eliminated
one-by-one leaving countless numbers of people abandoned without family,
adequate food, basic shelter and other minimal needs to sustain future
survival.
Soon after the genocide Chantal relocated to the United States to complete
her tertiary education. At the tender age of 19, she graduated from the
University of Southern New Hampshire with a double major in Business Science
and Information Technology.
After graduating from University Chantal entered into the Sales and
Marketing field. Chantal is a dynamic individual that is fluent in five
languages which helped cement her as a top performing sales agent throughout
her career in the global marketplace. In a short period of time she rose
through the ranks within the Semi Conductor industry and was recognized as
the top sales representative amongst a highly competitive fortune 500 sales
force.
Although a smashing success in the business world, Chantal was rapidly
becoming restless in the corporate sector due to an overwhelming lack of job
satisfaction. Throughout the years Chantal has been involved in
philanthropic activities and in 2003 Chantal was overwhelmed by a profound
desire to pursue her philanthropic endeavors as a life long goal.
At the end of 2003 Chantal left the corporate world and relocated to Orlando
to open a real estate marketing firm which would provide her with the
flexibility necessary to dedicate more time to these goals. Chantal later
became a licensed real estate agent which has become the perfect marriage to
her personal goals of giving back to the community and helping others obtain
their goals throughout all facets of real estate transactions.
Chantal is the founding member of the 'Save Darfur Organization' for the
Orlando Chapter. She is the Director of Philanthropic Development for
'FastCare Foundation' a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under
the National Heritage Foundation and involved in several other local
charities providing support to the Orlando area.
Chantal's life long goal is to open and sustain an orphanage in Rwanda to
provide basic needs and the necessary education and skills to
underprivileged children in Rwanda. 1 out of 5 children in Rwanda are
orphaned by the genocide and the high incidence of HIV/AIDS that is
prevalent throughout the region.
Chantal and her family have donated property in Rwanda for the development
of the orphanage. With each real estate transaction, Chantal will donate a
portion of her income towards funding the orphanage and help put this money
towards a great cause.
Chantal's promise to you: "I will work just as hard to help you reach your
goals and will provide you with the same determination and professionalism
as I dedicate to my own personal lifelong goals."
